Lazy Man Beef Stew

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Ingredients
Recipe Info



1 envelope Lipton Onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar mushroom slices (undrained)
1 to 1 1/2 lbs stew beef
Instructions
Mix Onion Soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and mushroom in a casserole dish. Add beef and mix to coat. Cover and cook at 325 for 3 hours.
Serve over rice or pasta.
